We came here 1 night from Prague especially for the Spa. 1 day before arrival they answerd our e-mail telling that the Spa center is closed, available only the external thermal pool (3 hours only access allowed) but outside were 2 grd and we were with a small child..for tbem this wasn’t important to annouce as they say 90% of their guests come for Qz0usVA.
